Ingredients:
For 2 persons.
– 1 tbsp of oil
– 50 gr of cooked black beans
– 120 gr of cooked white rice
– 1 tsp of dark lime salt (blend 1 lime until fine and mix with ½ tbsp of sea salt)
– A pinch of black pepper
Serve with:
– Chili peppers, cut
– Fresh parsley
Instructions:
In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying the black beans. After a minute add in the cooked rice and season with black lime salt and black pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve with chili peppers and parsley.
