Ingrediënten:

  • 120 gr of cooked spaghetti
  • 2 egg yolksn
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Top with:

  • Vegan caviar
  • Chili peppers
  • Micro greens

 Bereiding:

When the spaghetti have been cooked and drained add to a hot pan and pour in some pasta water. Now add in the egg yolks and mix nicely, until well incorporated and a thick glossy coating has formed on the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with caviar and chili peppers.
