Ingredients:
– 150 gr of zucchini, grated
– 4 tbsp of flour
– Salt, black pepper, oregano to taste
– 1 tsp of black garlic paste
– 2 tbsp of melted butter
For the sauce:
– 4 tbsp of yogurt
– Salt, black pepper to taste
– 1 tsp of black garlic paste
Instructions:
Add all of the fritters ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add all of the sauce ingredients together and mix. Cook the fritters in a hot pan with some oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve and top with sauce.
