– A sheet of puff pastry
– 1 tsp of black garlic paste
– 150 gr of tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, brown tomatoes – or any other mix you can find)
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– Salt, black pepper, oregano
– 50 gr of goat cheese, grated
Spread the black garlic paste all over the puff pastry sheet.
Top with the tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper and dried oregano. Layer the goat cheese on top.
Cook in a preheated oven, set to 180C, for about 30 minutes.
Serve and sprinkle with walnuts and chives.
