For 1 person.

  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 250/300 gr of salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper

For the glaze:

  • 30 gr of butter
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of black garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Serve with:

  • Cooked white rice
  • Lime
  • Parsley

Season the salmon with salt and black pepper
In a hot pan, add vegetable oil and start by cooking the salmon fillet, skin side down first
It should take about 3 minutes on each side and 30 seconds on the sides
Take it off the heat, clean the pan and start the glaze
Add butter, honey, soy sauce and black garlic paste
When all has melted, add in the salmon fillet and lower the heat
Spoon the glaze over the fillet, so it covers it nicely
When the glaze has thickened and coated the salmon, it’s ready to serve
Enjoy with rice.
