For 2 persons.

  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 3 black garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 big portobello mushroom, sliced
  • 150 ml of double cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 120 gr of cooked spaghetti

Top with:

  • Fresh parsley

In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying the onions and garlic
After a minute, add the mushrooms and stir
Let them cook for about ¾ minutes, on high heat and then add in the double cream
Lower the heat and season with salt and black pepper
Let it simmer gently for about 3 minutes and then add in the cooked spaghetti
Mix nicely and serve.
